The Conversations You've Been Waiting to Have . . .Finally !!!
Tell all your Friends, Tell your Mom, Your Neighbors, Sisters, Aunties, Cousins . . . to come join in the conversation! The "NOT YOUR MOTHER's MENOPAUSE" symposium is coming to Maplewood, NJ Sunday, Jan. 11th, 2026 in Maplewood, NJ.
This national conference includes movers and shakers in the Women's Healthcare and Policy field - all passionate about women's health through the peri / menopausal transitions. The goal is to offer tangible, accessible information and resources about peri / menopause through conversations with experts from multiple disciplines.
The format will be educational, conversational, research-based and personal storytelling . . . likely comical . . . and most certainly poignant!

The menopause transition is a major life-change for all Women globally. Every year, millions of women enter menopause,
which has profound impact to their long-term physical, emotional and mental health. Yet . . . the conversation is sorely lacking!
Information is contradictory and confusing, outdated research impedes Women from getting the care they need / deserve - and all too often medical providers are stumped as to providing resources, much less adequate care.
This conference aims to dispel myth and misinformation, to educate and empower, and to discuss resources and options for those going through these life-altering transitions.
Some of you will know this is very personal to me - if you're curious, here's a "snippet" of my own story: "Menopause: A True Story," both poignant and comical. The story illustrates the realities of the perimenopause to menopause transition (hot flashes, brain fog, high cholesterol and blood pressure, metabolism changes, menopausal weight gain, etc.), while connecting the dots about the "why" - with relevant information and the research to back it up.
I hope you will join us at the "NOT YOUR MOTHER's MENOPAUSE" symposium. It may crack a smile on your face, get you laughing-out-loud, or possibly tearing up a little . . . . but I can promise, you will be in great company! (See Agenda Below)
