Our location in Midtown, Manhattan, is on E. 40th St / 5th Ave and just two blocks East and West of Grand Central Station and Bryant Park. Our acupuncture clinic is conveniently accessible from the B, D, F, #4, #5, #6 subways and Metro North out of Grand Central, and just a half a block from rows of Citi bikes. New Yorkers walk over from their offices in New York’s midtown district and other boroughs of NYC, or train in from Brooklyn, Queens, the Bronx and Long Island and even NJ and Connecticut.
A perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of New York City, our second-floor location is quiet, private and restful. Prospective moms receive fertility-based acupuncture treatments and herbal remedies to support woman of all ages as they move towards starting a family. Along with treating insomnia, stress, and general health, we also specialize in Orthopedic-based Chinese Medicine treatments, helping active and sports-inclined patients through both injury and preventative stages. Our patient base ranges from world-class athletes to “weekend warriors” from every sport, as staying healthy and functional is essential to their profession and lifestyle choices. Dancers from Broadway, and New York’s Theater district find it just a short walk to our clinic, and members from the Actors Guild in Columbus Circle and the NY Symphony musicians at Lincoln Center can hop on a subway after treatment at our clinic and most times be just one or two stops from their place of work.
Office workers, working long hours at a desk in the competitive arena that is mid-town New York typically make their way to our acupuncture clinic with sore necks, lower backs or stress-based symptoms, accompanied by insomnia or eating challenges. We do our best to resolve their discomfort with treatment and return them to self-care with lifestyle adjustments like exercise, optimal sitting/sleeping positions and nutritional advise they can apply at the office and/or at home.
We use Acupuncture, Herbal Medicine, Tui Na (Chinese Medical Massage) and other manual therapies like gua sha, cupping, electro-stimulation and TDP heat lamp (far-infrared waves) therapies in treatment, and patients report leaving our clinic relaxed and feeling like they’ve escaped New York City for the 60 minutes they were in treatment.
