A perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of New York City, our sixth-floor location is quiet, private and restful. Along with treating insomnia, stress, and general health issues, we also specialize in Orthopedic-based Chinese Medicine treatments, helping active and sports-inclined patients through both injury and preventative stages. Our patient-base ranges from world-class athletes to “weekend warriors” from every sport, as staying healthy and functional is essential to their profession and lifestyle choices. We commonly treat Dancers and Performers from Broadway, and from New York City's Theater district. Members of the Actors Guild in Columbus Circle, NY Symphony musicians at Lincoln Center can hop on a subway after treatment at our clinic, and most times be just a few stops back to their place of work.

New Yorker's typically working long hours at a desk, in the competitive arena that is New York City, make their way into our acupuncture clinic with sore necks, lower backs or stress-based symptoms, accompanied by insomnia or eating challenges. We focus on quickly resolving their discomfort, and supporting optimal recovery with ongoing preventative care - including impactful lifestyle adjustments via exercise, optimal sitting/sleeping positions and nutritional guidance.

Our scope of practice includes: Acupuncture, Herbal Medicine, Tui Na (Chinese Medical Massage) and other manual therapies like gua sha, cupping, electro-stimulation and Far-Infrared heat lamp therapies. Patients leave our clinic deeply relaxed, centered and having found a touch of "zen" within the bustle of New York City.
