INSURANCE
We work with all Insurance policies which
offer policies that provide out-of-network
coverage for our services.
WE CAN SCREEN YOUR INSURANCE
Just give us a quick call (917) 210-1063 and
we'd be happy to screen your Insurance policy to confirm your benefits (typically takes 24-48 hours).
If your policy offers you coverage, we can bill your insurance directly, minus any co-insurances, co-payments or deductibles.
If you prefer, we can provide you with a detailed Billing Document ("Superbill") instead. In this case Superbills can be directly submitted to your insurance provider for reimbursement to you.

CANCELLATION / RESCHEDULE POLICY: We understand there are times you must change or cancel your appointments - and ask for the courtesy of 24 hour notice for Tuesday - Friday appointments.
For Monday appointments, we ask for notification by the preceding Friday.
Your timely notice allows us the opportunity to offer your appointment to another patient. Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hour notice may be responsible for the full visit fee.
HOME / HOSPITAL / WORK VISITS
We are happy to bring our services to you - and offer Home, Office, Hospital and Gym Visits by pre-arrangement. Prices vary depending on the service(s) requested, location and time of appointment.

Initial First Visit: This visit includes a Comprehensive Health Review (either phone or telehealth) and in-person Acupuncture treatment, Herbal consultation* (as needed), Nutritional assessment, Lifestyle recommendations and any additional Eastern Therapies, (i.e. Cupping, Gua Sha, Body Therapy, Moxibustion, etc.) as appropriate.
Follow-Up Visit: Includes a follow-up Health Review, Acupuncture treatment, Herbal consultation* (as needed), Nutritional assessment, Lifestyle recommendations and any additional Eastern Therapies, (i.e. Cupping, Gua Sha, Body Therapy, Moxibustion, etc.) as appropriate.
HERBAL CONSULT (only) & COMPREHENSIVE HEALTH REVIEW
Includes: Comprehensive Health Review, Herbal consultation, Nutritional assessment, Lifestyle recommendations.
